What a mistake- if you want to spend your hard earned money on a company, give it to another small business. First, the plumber was RUDE! It was beyond lacking in people skills, he was just a complete jerk. The owner didn't care much either whether or not he was employing someone with such a terrible personality; it must be company wide! The company is licensed, but the plumbers are not. They wanted a large sum of money to even get started (a thousand for unlicensed plumber work), and pushed to get an answer on whether or not they would be paid immediately- or said they'd leave. I didn't even have time to figure out whether or not this other company digging in my front yard was at fault (or the pipes where they happened to be digging mysteriously sprung a leak at the same time.) I needed the pipes fixed for health reasons, so I was stuck paying this money to a terrible company. I just didn't have a choice in this- but if I were you, give that money to someone who deserves it. This company gets TWO THUMBS DOWN! TERRIBLE!
